Drop – in artist coaching services will be available on the following dates:
Jan 17, Jan 31, Feb 14, Feb 28, Mar 14, Mar 28, Apr 11, Apr 25, May 9, May 23, Jun 6
An artist coach will be available from 2:00PM -4:00PM for a 15-minute session.  For this service, you are not required to pay a fee to open a file. Appointments are on a first come, first served basis.

One-on-one sessions with a dedicated artists’ coach can be one-time, occasional or on-going in nature, and are intended to help artists define and attain goals based on short and long-term action plans. Guidance and support is offered in the following areas:

• Administration
• Career Development
• Event and Project Planning
• Funding and Fundraising
• Industry Resources and Organizations
• Marketing and Promotional Tools/Strategies

If you are a self-employed artist our experienced Business Coach can provide one-on-one support while you start, grow or expand your business. The Coach focuses on supporting you, the client, in getting answers to your business questions and maximize your effectiveness in your entrepreneurial efforts.

Now you can take advantage of our business coaching sessions via webcam video. Our coaches now have video capabilities in their offices for long-distance interaction that is personal and private. Those wishing to take advantage of our online business coaching services must call 514-878-9788 ext 316 or 1-888-614-9788 to open a file. Please see the note below regarding the file activation fee.

Through our coaching service you will receive:
  • answers to your business questions;
  • guidance in researching and evaluating your business ideas;
  • the business skills that you require to succeed;
  • the help you need in preparing your business plan;
  • the assistance you need to reach your goals.

The Business Coach is also available on a drop-in basis, Wednesdays from 2:00 to 4:00 pm for a 15 minute session.

* For a one-time $20 file activation fee you will have unlimited access to specialized entrepreneurship and artists’ services including coaching, legal clinics and accounting clinics. You will be exempt from this fee if you are receiving social assistance at the time of your appointment. 
 
 
Please note: If you are unable to keep an appointment at YES, you must advise us 24 hours in advance. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, you will be required to reschedule. We reserve the right to deny future services.
