EdTech Support Specialist


With a decade of IT experience in public and private sectors, I have found my niche running a high school help desk that caters to the tech and training needs for nearly one thousand staff and students of all ages. Beyond just fixing computers, I collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop creative technical solutions to sophisticated issues. Drawing on a background in counselling and advocacy, I am able to leverage technical and interpersonal skills toward the common good of modern education.
