Emotional Intelligence and communication have been identified as the two most important soft skills that employers need in today’s competitive labour market. Understanding your communication style, whether it be in interviews, networking or day to day business, is important for all aspects of your career.
We’ll explore the fundamental components of emotional intelligence and communication styles in the workplace, and provide tips and strategies on how to best communicate with a wide variety of people.
