Job seekers spend countless hours completing online applications, writing cover letters and tweaking their resumes when hunting for their ideal job, but rarely put themselves in the recruiter’s mindset. This can be especially challenging with competition amongst candidates competing for the same job, due to the pandemic.
We will help you learn how the recruitment process works on the company side. We will take you step-by-step through the hiring process, including job applications, interviews, common pre-employment tests, reference checks, job offers, tips and advice for each step.
