If you really want to unlock your company’s full potential, don’t miss out on this 3-hour, highly engaging and interactive online workshop on biases, diversity & inclusion led by Jade Vaillancourt, Senior Consultant at Juniper, a boutique consulting firm focused on strategy, culture and innovation strategies.
During this interactive session, you will have a chance to unpack and learn more deeply how to cultivate and maintain healthy workplaces that are diverse, inclusive and dynamic to bring out your organization's true potential. Using practical exercises, reflections and group discussion, we will define and identify sources of unconscious bias and create a tool box of strategies that help overcome these challenges.
You’ll walk away with an action plan aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion in your workplace in order to promote equality, understanding and harmony. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in group and individual practical exercises and reflections throughout the session. Plus you’ll be invited to a 1-hour post-workshop session to discuss progress on your action plan.
In order to make this workshop as relevant and personalized as possible, you will be given optional pre-work and the opportunity to participate in group and individual practical exercises and reflections throughout the session. You will also be invited to a 1-hour post-workshop session to discuss progress on your action plan.
Available as an online, live streaming webinar. Pre-registration is required. Limited spaces available.
Once you have registered, you will be receiving an email with instructions on how logon a few hours prior to the starting time of the workshop.
