We offer specialized job search workshops specifically tailored to newcomers, a mentorship program, and individual employment counselling to help you gain employability skills and achieve your professional goals.

Are you preparing for your first Canadian job interview and aren’t sure what to expect? Are you about to start your first Canadian job and feel nervous about how you’ll fit in?

Making new connections and feeling a part of the team can be tough to establish, especially when you feel unsure about how the Canadian workplace may differ from your experiences in your home country. This workshop will help you better understand Canadian work culture and how these norms affect the workplace. We’ll discuss successful communication styles to help you build your confidence and knowledge for a successful work experience. Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming interview, networking event, or your first day on the job, this workshop will leave you feeling ready to thrive in the Canadian workplace!
