Introversion, ambiversion or extroversion are one of the key personality traits that people have. It evolves over time, and each of us needs to act like the other at times, but in the end, we tend to have a natural set point that we feel most comfortable at.

In the workplace, finding the necessary balance is key to maintaining good working relationships. This session will encourage us to lean into our authentic selves, but also be flexible when it is required. Join our guest speaker as he discusses how introverts, ambiverts and extroverts can be more effective at work.

Based on +500 interviews with Generation Z, Millennials and Generation Xers, we will discuss practical advice on how to manage upward, network, and manage people who work for and with you.

Guest speaker: Dr. Karl Moore Associate Professor, Desautel Falculty of Management, McGill University
