Understanding the Local Labour Market *also available online*

Are you looking for your first Canadian job, but face barriers due to a lack of local experience? We offer specialized job search workshops specifically tailored to newcomers, a mentorship program, and individual employment counselling to help you gain employability skills and achieve your professional goals.

With so much unpredictability in the labour market, it can be difficult to keep up with market trends and job availabilities. This can be especially challenging for newcomers to Quebec as they navigate an unfamiliar labour market with limited support and resources. The goal of this workshop is to build job search confidence and provide newcomers with information regarding in-demand skills, growing industries, local wages, and employment standards in Quebec’s current labour market.

Available in-centre and online. If you choose to attend the in-centre workshop, please visit our centre at 666 Sherbrooke Street West on the 7th floor.
To register for the online workshop, fill out the eventbrite registration form below.
