Marketing & Branding Professor
Assistant Professor of marketing at University of Sherbrooke, teaching branding and services marketing courses. His main research interests include two emerging paradigms in marketing: experiential marketing and transformational marketing.
He has also conducted a number of projects on topics such as branding, customer service, and online consumer behavior and offers consulting services to companies on customer experience management. He has helped several entrepreneurs, both in Canada and abroad, in areas such as business plan development and communication skills improvement.
