Are you looking for an environment that is relaxed, non-judgemental and committed to helping you learn, plus an opportunity to develop your work skills and get paid for it? Join our new online paid work experience program, Youth On The Rise!

Youth On The Rise consists of 8-weeks of online training followed by a 3-month entry-level work placement in the Montreal community. To ensure clear expectations, entry-level work placements include positions such as cashier, barista, sales clerk, etc. All accepted participants will be paid minimum wage for the full length of the program.

You will gain essential skills such as: 
  • Digital Literacy
  • Employment skills for the 21st Century
  • Mastering CV, Cover Letter, and Interview Skills
  • Exploring Career Options
  • Financial Literacy
  • French Revision
  • Expand your Network and Connections
Are you eligible? 
  • Between 18 and 30? 
  • Living in Montreal and eligible to work in Canada? 
  • Currently unemployed? 
  • Out of school and unsure if you’re going back? 
  • Have access to a computer and stable internet connection?
