Make Your Move: Entrepreneurship Today
Date:    Saturday, April 18, 2009

New this year, YES showcases the E-Ship Idol Competition. Pre-selected entrepreneurs pitch their business idea and the audience votes electronically for the winner of a $2,500 cash prize, a year of business advice from Montreal’s premier business owners and enrolment into the YES Entrepreneurs Mentorship Program.

“At a time when many in Quebec are looking to self-employment, this conference gives participants business advice unique to their individual challenges,” says Iris Unger, Executive Director of YES Montreal. “Engaging and interactive, our business competition shows participants what makes an entrepreneur stand out of the crowd.”

Tatiana Londono (Londono Realty Group) addresses this year’s conference. Ms. Londono, the young and dynamic entrepreneur, talks about her astonishing ascent to the coveted Top 10 Agents within her first year of operation.
