MEET NATALIYA KHYLENKO. FIND OUT HOW YES HELPED HER FIND THE JOB OF HER DREAMS

Nataliya Khylenko has over 15 years of progressive multiple-industry and cross-disciplinary global experience in the Private Banking, Consumer and Luxury Goods sectors. Nataliya holds an Executive MBA degree from Concordia University and a Masters of Luxury Management from the International University of Monaco along with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP certifications among others.

After spending over three years in Monaco, where she completed her Master’s degree, Nataliya occupied a strategic role at Société Générale Private Banking and founded a Consulting Firm helping Monaco-based companies transform.  She returned to Montreal in early 2020 to dive back into the city’s dynamic and thriving culture and to apply her experience at one of the city's prominent companies.

Upon arrival in Montreal, Nataliya found herself in a foreign hiring landscape so she began to look for a reliable source of support to help her maximize her chances of finding her dream job.

And that’s when she found YES.

Nataliya attended over 10 workshops to upskill her job-hunting, networking and interviewing skills and to learn techniques to leverage her LinkedIn experience. She also had an opportunity to work closely with her career counsellor, who is a natural at making people confident and excited, in addition to being a great communicator and strategist.

“My career counsellor has been instrumental in helping me to navigate through each step of my job search and interviewing process,” Nataliya says. “The result of our hard work helped me in achieving my goal of finding my dream job in organizational transformation and project management with a leading investment management firm in Canada, headquartered in Montreal!”

“Special thanks to YES for such incredible and invaluable support and high level of professionalism!”
